This jerk runs his business out of a residential premises and has a german shepherd that he leaves unattended, sometimes for the entire weekend and it barks its living brains out from 6 am one day to 6am the next. The council have been called, neighbors have complained to him but he just doesn't give a rats about anyone else, doesn't care that we have been kept awake all night by this barking mongrel, doesn't care that we have to get up and go to work. If everyone was as inconsiderate as this mongrel the world would implode!!!
