Deli girls never ever slice for us. They clean the slicer ridiculously early. My partner is a deli manger and said they shouldn’t be cleaning the slicer until later. Seems to me they just don’t want to serve and are lazy. There’s no prepackaged options of what we want sliced and they never have anything pre sliced. Not to mention there’s two of them standing there getting paid to ignore the customers.

This supermarket is one of the new style Coles stores. Very clean with wide aisles. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I visited the baby formula and nappy sections were messy and missing a lot of stock. This might just have been a temporary supply issue.

Yummy fresh breads, fresh vegetables and fruits and many more thing’s available under one roof. Very neat and tidy and organised coles to go to. Not overly crowded as well which I prefer most of the times. Chatty customer service. Good to chat away sometimes. Amazing other mostly fresh products available in this store.

Probably the worst supermarket, by far in the area and surrounds. Never have stock of necessities, such as bread, water etc. Never have enough staff on registers. Isles are always blocked by staff trying to fill shelves during the day. Freezer section always empty. You can’t keep blaming Covid, other supermarkets have managed to get their S#%% together…

I want to acknowledge the kindness of Meagan at front service desk today. She helped me when I was stressed after locking keys, phone and purse in my car. I will always remember her wonderful assistance today - so grateful

Only one customer service check-out and one '12 items express ' check-out open. Self serve check-outs were full. I had to wait a little while. But full self serve also means waiting when there is some problem with scanning. The staff member on was very accommodating and polite. She worked well under pressure. But Coles needs to open more check-outs.

The store needs addressing. I don't usually post reviews but this is next level. the deli staff seem reluctant to serve customers offering jarred olives opposed to fresh olives, pallets parked in front of dairy fridges at 3pm on Saturday (peak time). I had to leave my trolley parked in another aisle so I could squish through between the pallet and fridge to grab some cheese. I worked at Coles/Woolworths for 7 years and I've never seen something like this. Company policies are consistent throughout Australia. Why is this store an exception?
