Just had my eyebrows done downstairs. Hombre. An Indonesian (possibly)couple, the lady measured me up to an inch of my life while discussing it contuously with her partner the tattooist. It was an interesting feeling having someone discussing you in a different language. Then the man meticulously drew me some new eyebrows, got rid of the offending hairs.then the slightly uncomfortable bit, tattoing my eyebrows in place. He was very sweet and gave me a little break half way through. All in all a great experience. And I don't look like Red from Angry Birds!!!

So I've being seeing the girls at Winter Grace for about a little over a year. In total come in about nearly a dozen times.From the moment i stepped in for my initial consultation i felt a really nice energy from Alanna she was very welcoming, kind, professional and simply helpful.The salon has gorgeous natural light and decent parking. Free which is a bonus. It's street parking so it's convenient so you don't have to fight with too many others.My first service was with Grace and she's AMAZING. She really listens and helped me achieve the goal i was looking for that day. Her strength is cutting hair .she needs to have a new title like hair surgeon " she's very thorough and knows how to navigate the nest. I like the way she blends the cut and the hair cut feels soft

I had a haircut twice from Grace and she always pays attention to details and listens to how I want my hair to be done while still giving me advice. I love how she styled my hair and I feel confident getting my hair done by Grace at Winter Grace.The staff at Winter Grace are professional, welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed hearing about the social events they do together. Great teamwork and team cohesion there. They work together to give you the best experience and service.

My appointment made over the phone was done so in a friendly and accommodating manner. Appointment was for 9am, when I arrived I was told the girls had not arrived, whilst not ideal that was ok. At 8 minutes past nine my hairdresser turned up, and I asked her if she was my hairdresser, she said yes with a less than friendly look on her face and no apology, and said she would be a few more minutes. I didn't feel good after this, and with something on immediately after the appointment, I said I needed to go and walked out. Please make your clients feel welcomed and valued.

Lovely salon - staff are all very friendly and professional. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad cut or style. Perks include: Complimentary beverages and biscuits, always the latest magazines to read, awesome head massages with your hair wash, amazing products used on your hair. I even used them to my bridal party styling. Definitely an amazing salon.

I have been going to Winter Grace for the past three years & I couldn't fault the service, from the moment you walk in all the girls are warm & welcoming, they go above & beyond for their clients and you always leave feeling like a million bucks. The Décor is absolutely amazing too & I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! highly recommend :)
