I paid $400 to book an appointment here. A week before the owner called to say there had been an issue at the site and was cancelling my appointment. I was not able to travel to Craigieburn where they have another site, so I asked for a refund. It's been over a month and I have called and emailed on multiple occasions. Very poor form to keep money you should refund. This had been a really bad experience, and I still need to be refunded!*Update- I got an email from this company saying it was under new management and they asked for my account details and for me to remove my review here to process the refund. Its been a week since then and i have not received it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE AK Skin Clinic! The staff at Ascot Vale are awesome. Very professional, friendly and helpful. And I’ve gotten amazing results. SO happy! Shontelle is so friendly and puts you immediately at ease. I will definitely keep coming here and recommend to anyone interested in laser hair removal.
