Initially quoted $3,000 for tear down, machine and reassemble with parts provided. Total came back $2,750 over what was quoted upon completion. I was overcharged for extra work" without being notified. Engine block also touched up with a permanent marker in certain areas

Pedantic , thorough, specific, professional and all round pleasure to deal with, That's what you get when you visit KC's. Once you see Jack once, you won't go anywhere else..
