Terrible customer service and unfair value exchange.You're forced to stand there while ads with volume frusturate you at the pump. These days you're already paying a premium for fuel, so how is it possibly fair to have ads play from the bowser as well while you're stuck there filling up. Completely unreasonable American style advertising, I think I speak for most Australians when I say we despise this.Additionally the clerk was extremely rude. I greeted him with a smile and a hello. He did not give me eye contact, grunted, and then waited for me to tap my card. I don't write reviews often, but for this reason alone I knew I wouldn't forget to. I worked at a servo in a small town for 5 and a half years and if I ever served a customer like that, I'm convinced word would get out and we'd lose business to our competitors.I know my grievances alone don't mean much, however I hope this review disuades others from getting their fuel here. If you care about customer experience and not being exploited with ads, I'd avoid Caltex in the future.Thanks for reading.

I was fueling my car on 14/05/22 onsite advertised price was $1.779 when stared filling and converted to $2.159 while filling!!! Ripped off will seek redress!

4:45 in the morning pulling up to ask if it was open and the guy is just staring at us giving dirty looks. Asking him 6 times are you open and he just continued to give dirty looks . Very disappointing. Never coming back!

Just popped in to grab some petrol. The man behind the counter did not say one word to me. Not even a hello despite me speaking to him he continued to talk to the other man beside him. Poor service.

Well managed fuel station , one of the neat and tidy fuel station that provides good competitive prices, and the best thing is they also soap washing water to cleaning windshield, and water to fill radiator.I have also like the staff is very friendly taking some extra steps to help customer.Cons: Tissues boxes at fuel pumps.Sign boards for traffic for caution would be great add-on.
