Anthony and Anthony did a tremendous job and got me into the car I wanted! Mostly handled over the phone( I live 270ks away). Great price, great car( looks better than the photos) and I feel I got a great price and great car without a hassle. It’s good to know there are some businesses left that understand the importance of honesty and customer service! Well done A&A!

Just took delivery of our T Roc from Beachside Volkswagen.Thank you so much to the whole team, we couldn’t be happier.From the initial contact to the delivery the entire process was seamless and easy.The first price offered to us was the purchase price, it was no mucking around unbeatable.The after sales and finance options were offered to us without any obligations, it was well communicated and thoroughly explained giving us many options.Thanks to Ben, Antony, Mandy and in particular Laurent for making our purchase a great experience.Laurent was a pleasure to deal with and made it happen without any fuss.I couldn’t recommend Beachside any more.Ang.

No question was too difficult during the negotiations and Laurent made sure I understood all the different options that were available for my vehicle. WARNING!!! Had 2 very bad experiences with this dealership in terms of there Mechanics not being able to do there job properly. I bought a VW Golf privately off a mechanic in the dealership who assured me the car was in great condition for only 3 days later we had a Fuel Leak! We took the car back to the dealership mechanic to get fixed they again assured us that the car was fixed and in fine condition for a week later the exact problem too occur! We then took our car to another garage in Cranbourne where they fixed the problem for the nearly half the price and we have had no problems since. Would not recommend visiting this dealership at all under any circumstances as they are clearly very unprofessional and not appropriately skilled
