A͏ wonderful experience for two first home buyersMy partner and I have just bought our first home through Adele at R&W and we couldn't be happier. On first meeting Adele she was warm and welcoming, I rang the day after the open house event I had attended through her and she was incredibly accommodating, allowing me and my partner to book a second viewing at very short notice. She didn't make us feel rushed and was available to answer all our questions while also letting us take our time viewing the house. We put at offer on at the end of the viewing and she took the time that same day to speak between the vendor and ourselves to settle on an offer we were both happy with. Competent, Professional & Level Headed. We engaged Lewis for the sale of adjoining properties to be sold in one line. From the get-go he was on the front foot and had made direct enquiries with the local council to get a full understanding of the vacant lot and its limitations for development so that he could be honest with all enquiries. The property attracted immediate interest but the there were some question marks over the structural integrity of a deck after a building inspection. Lewis kept his cool and helped negotiate a very reasonable condition of sale with the buyer that required us to undertake some works prior to completion. He even coordinated a quote from a builder as well as a site inspection from a structural engineer; both of whom were his contacts. And despite the distance from his office to the property, he visited the property several times to ensure everything fell into place. The sale went through without a hitch and I have no hesitation in recommending Lewis's services as a real estate agent.
