Best computer worker around! Responsive within the hour, reliable, professional and trustworthy. He knows what he’s doing as he has fixed my laptop twice! I have a macbook pro 2015. I had accidentally removed the entire software and at a great value price, he fixed it with no problems-making my laptop good as new.I also had some mac viruses and I was unable to figure out what was wrong. He connected to my screen via “TeamViewer” and went through the steps to protect my laptop from any malware.Great service ! Highly recommend !

I had Sydtek look into a technical issue. Absolutely nice soft spoken gentleman. V professional.Sydtek had a one star review previously which I am sure is bogus. Totally uncalled for behavior by the person who left that review.I will end by saying Joshua pricing is very reasonable as well.

Unreliable, unprofessional, lied to customer, do not use!Gave me a quote which I agreed, told me to pick up my laptop next week. After one week, told me awaiting for parts to arrive and then few days later told me not have time to order parts. What a waste of time!
