Australia Post - Clayton South Business Centre

I picked up my parcel on 30/03/2022 around 12:45 pm. One of the female tall, staffs who threw my driver license, went back to room to grab my parcel after checking, at that there was only one customer (only me) in the post office, and another staff who was inside the room. Why I use word throw" because she did not pass ID to me as other staffs or even left on the service counter

Very rude staff members there. Most worst Australia post. Passport photos are very bad. I. Took my baby to take passport photos there. Very unprofessional photographers.Not recommend at all. Should not give a single star to them.

Thanks to the lady who attended to me with my children check. She was very helpful, patient and polite. She has great customer service skills.

Went today post office . Two ladies were working one with glasses was very nice and polite. explain me everything but the other was soo rude .she donot know how to treat customer .Sorry to say but i did not say even bye to her and wait may be around 2 mints to say bye to other (one with glasses bit old ) lady .

I had to take everytime off from the work to collect my stupid parcel because they do not deliver or open on other hours at all. They think people except from them do not have any business to do. I do not even think the deliverer knock the door or ring the bell as I never seen one.

I had the worst customer service experience at this AusPost. I was told on two occasions to come back to the post office with vague to no information as to why. The directions given to me were so unclear and formed in the most hasty way. As such, my passport renewal was severely delayed. Rather than being even a bit sympathetic or apologetic about the matter, the lady told me that she did not 'want to argue' when I simply raised a valid point. The lady laughed at my remarks and when I showed her what the official website read, she told me 'she does not know why they have said that.' At least a little clarity and kindness could have assisted the matter. I am not sure who the lady is, she is the most senior one there and one of the only staff members that can authenticate passport renewals. I work on the same street for an NDIS registered provider and frequent this post office. Will not be coming again!

Really lazy. No one should use StarTrack or Australia Post for deliveries if you can avoid it, at any cost. Any other service will deliver things, they just ask you to pick up things at the other end of town, at their convenience. They just leave a note. And even the non-delivery note is well past the delivery time frame. It is the slowest service you can conceivably get. Walking it yourself is faster.For StarTrack Customer Service" is service provided to them by their customers."

22/11/2021 I went to collect my partner's apple iPhone. The staff was making so much fuss soon after I mentioned about the iPhone. I have showed them the emails receipts and evidence that the parcel is under my name. They went inside and said I need an authorization letter from my partner. Then said, there is a parcel without a name. Asked me to contact Star Track. I wasted another 1&1/2 on phone to Star Track. They said nothing wrong with the parcel collection as it is all under my name. Then I went back to this post shop. Lady tried to turn me away again. After so much discussion, then the male person went in, and said that the parcel is under my name. Alas finally I got it. I made an official complaint too. It seems the two ladies there working today, are prejudicing customers, and judge on the look and lack of attention to details and no idea about process and procedures.

The staff at the Australia Post are great. The lady who attended to us with my passport application was very patient,helpful and polite. She has great customer service skills.Will definitely recommend going to the Australian Post on Rosebank Avenue.

The taller lady who served me and the manager were very thorough and patience when it came to making sure my passport forms are done correctly which is important to prevent delays down the track. I felt bad holding up line as I was lodging a few applications but I could tell the one helping me and the one serving the other customers were working as fast as they can under pressure. Honestly when I first approached the counter she appeared abit blunt but some people are not all smiles and I guess that's ok, bc she still delivered good service. She got friendlier as the time went by. Maybe when she realised I won't turn into a monster like some customers, I dunno.
