Fast friendly efficient service from quoting to installation and follow up. We were very impressed with how simple the whole process was handled. Quality materials and competitive pricing with good warranties and advice sealed the deal. Well done Uni.

This is a copy of an email sent to Uni Industries on the 3 June 2022.Unfortunately we do not feel we can put a review on Google as we would feel obliged to put the negatives as well as the positives. Our dealings with you as a company were fine, you provided a good service and hopefully a good product. The negatives are with the actual installation.Thursday evening we placed red and white barrier tape around the lawn as we had raked and rolled the lawn ready to top dress on Friday when the top dressing was being delivered. This was explained to one of the workers when they first arrived. Next thing we know is the ladder has been placed on the lawn up against the roof. Again they were asked to move it and please don’t walk on the lawn. There were other options just as easy, in fact one, from the end of the veranda was probably easier. After the top dressing delivered, I was racking it out and it was time for the panels to be brought in, so what happened, well, let’s just walk across the lawn, it’s easier than walking along the narrow path next to it.They used the existing cables that ran from the old inverter to the fuse box. They had to drill a new hole to accommodate the new cables from the roof. They were asked not to fill the old holes with silicone, we would repair them ourselves so they would blend in with the bricks. That fell on deaf ears. Most old holes were filled with silicone. Because the new inverter was smaller than the old one, it now sits probably a couple of metres off the ground so you have to get a step ladder to read what is on the screen. Also, the existing conduit from the fuse box won’t reach the new one, so the last section into the new inverter is just covered with silicone. (see photo) We are sure it is safe, just not professional looking. Then it came to explaining how the system worked. The guy who started to show me, Penelope, seemed to know about it, but, Richard asked Paul, I think that was his name, what the Ariel on the bottom of the inverter was for and he said he didn’t know but it would be in the manual. We hope that the roof installations are fine, as neither of us ( 79yr & 82 yrs) can get up to have a look. Whilst these may seem trivial complaints, we did expect a little more co-operation from the installation staff. You will note we have let a week go by before voicing our concerns. This was in order for us to consider whether to voice them or not. Had you not asked, we would not have sent you these comments. We received a reply from Briony, Marketing, on the same day thanking us for our feed back and saying she was passing it on to Management who would contact us. Today is the 13th June, 10 days later and as yet there has not been any further contact from Uni Industries. We consider this poor business practice, especially in these days of greater competition. Had Management at least acknowledged receipt of our email we would have waited their reply with more patience.

I am absolutely thrilled with the solar system installation I recently had with Uni Industries! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. The team who took my initial call, were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable toward my needs. The team of professionals who handled the installation were locals, and were prompt, efficient and cleaned up properly.Right from the initial consultation, they took the time to understand my energy needs and design a customized system that perfectly suited my requirements. They patiently explained the entire process, answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had, which gave me great confidence in their expertise. The installation itself was a breeze. The team arrived on schedule, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials. They worked diligently and left the site immaculately clean. Now that the solar system is up and running, I couldn't be happier with the results. I am looking forward to seeing my energy bills decrease in cost significantly, and I am proud to be reducing my carbon footprint. The system has been performing flawlessly, generating electricity even on cloudy days.I wholeheartedly recommend this solar installation company to anyone considering switching to solar power. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thank you for providing an exceptional solar system installation experience!

Would strongly advise against using this company (Uni Industries). The installers made wiring errors and had to return several days later to fix their mistakes. After service??? Just didn't happen they got their sale and were not interested in addressing my very real concerns which are still outstanding 8 months later!!!PS Contact was made and a site visit confirmed that my battery is now working optimally, so many thanks to Ryan from Uni-Industries for his thoroughness and dedication.

We got a 30kw system installed mid 2020 to replace an old broken down system. Uni Industries were great to deal with, and the quality of the workmanship was to a very high standard. The system is performing very well.UPDATE March 2023 - We've just hit 200MWh of solar production since the system was installed, and have had no problems.

We recently used Uni-Industries to remove and replace our old, broken solar system with a larger 9kw system. From their office staff to their installers we were really impressed with the professionalism and service we received. Not only did they do a very neat job, consulting us on the position of the panels, inverter and visible wiring, they also wired in our electric hot water system to heat during the day. We have no hesitation in recommending this Queensland family owned company.
