I appreciate the woman on the reception desk booking me in for a urgent ultrasound as a previous clinic had messed me around. The young female staff who performed both my ultrasounds was very professional, polite and concise. She communicated with me almost every minute to ensure I felt comfortable and cared for. Definitely a 5 star experience after having a terrible morning elsewhere.

I was very impressed with this clinic. The receptionist was friendly. The sonographer was extremely caring. He calmed me down with his kind and positive manner and was professional throughout my examination.Keep up the good work.Thank you.

Disgusting service…. Waited for over 2.5 hrs for an X-ray, wasn’t told how long it would take and all the patients who came after us were looked after before us untill I got up and complained about it. The response was sorry you have to wait and we don’t know how long it will take.

Had an appointment got my ultrasound done. Was meant to get my results to my doctor, took time off work and the results never got to him and had to call up to chase it. Apparently I haven't been in 5 years when I was there 2 days ago. Now had to go collect the results myself and rebook in to see my doctor. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very frustrating experience today. Arrived before my 10:30 appointment (10:20 arrival) and was told I was late and they would have to reschedule. Turns out they had changed my appointment to 10:10 arrival for a 10:20 start. They had carelessly entered my phone number wrong in the system and therefore were unable to reach me to let me know, but changed my appointment time by a measly 10 minutes regardless. Therefore I show up “late” and my appointment is effectively cancelled. How can you change someone’s appointment by 10 minutes without them knowing LOL. If you do that, you need to honour their slot. I will say that one lady I spoke to at the front desk was very polite and apologetic so I am not complaining about her at all.

Absolutely unprofessional!!No wonder they have low ratings!!I got my x ray and ultrasound done here and they told me that doctor will get the reports next day. When I went to GP next day evening, he hadn't received any reports. GP called them and got reply that the reports were still not authorized. My GP appt was useless and next day I had physio appt, that too had to be cancelled. Now, I have to wait for 2 weeks to get new appt.I would never recommend them.

I have been to Exact Radiology Inala twice now for ultrasound guided injections and have found the staff there to be very caring and efficient. The doctor doing the injection was so careful - made sure I was OK throughout the procedure. It didn't hurt at all.I have had the injection done before at a different radiology clinic and it was extremely painful each time.Will be coming back here if I need another injection.

Receptionist was efficient. Appointment was on time. Technician were professional. CT and ultrasound were bulk billed.

Managed to get a dating scan booked in on the same day as I called for an appointment. I was seen right on time, and my scan was done nice and fast so I was able to go to the bathroom as soon as possible and get the information needed

Had my date scan ultrasound done here and it was about 10 mins. Don't like this clinic, uncomfortable, and has small rooms.
