Firstly, we would like to express our utmost gratitude to Hassan, Niraj and Mikaela from SVM Kia Roseville for assisting us and making the whole process smooth sailing and surreal.We are still feeling surreal about this whole thing.A big thanks to Hassan who was so friendly and informative in the phone call which made us come and check out the showroom and the cars. We called to inquire about Kia Cerato and he was so friendly, made us feel comfortable and was super informative. This made us come to and check out the car due to his professional conduct and information provided and friendliness.We came in Saturday to check on the cars on site and we were greeted by a very friendly team. Everyone on site was friendly and Hassan introduced us to Niraj who then took his time to explain to us the features, and the difference between all the cars we were considering. He was also very informative on the insurance and all the specification of the car. We are new to Australia and he also went above and beyond in providing us with so much useful information regarding the rules and regulations which made us more aware of the purchasing of the car and all the associated rules, regulations and coverage. We were pleased with his explanation and he was giving us time and valuable information for us to absorb and decide. He was also aware of our requirements financially and our need and he went above and beyond to assist us to meet our immediate needs. He walked us through very well, giving us confidence in our decision. We have decided on the Sportage.Mikaela was so helpful. She was able to assist us with our financing which is one of our major needs. She was able to assist to obtain a favourable payment schedule for us which was one of our main concerns and we are very pleased with it. She went above and beyond to assist us to meet our financial needs.The team also made sure the car could be delivered to us in such a short amount of time. The car was so beautifully kept at the time of collection and they were so nice, professional and friendly. We love the atmosphere in the showroom where they welcomed us with smiles and positivity. They even changed the bow colour to match our outfits to snap the pictures.They certainly made us feel very welcome and assisted us with so many matters and gave us a beautiful comfortable ride.We are over the moon with the car as it is beautiful, reasonably priced and the repayment is within our budget.Thank you so much to Niraj, Hassan and Mikaela for the beautiful experience and the car. We have just bought a new Seltos from SVM. We had a great buying experience with Dean! He was friendly, helpful, not pushy at all and knowledgeable. I had a good idea of the vehicle I wanted and Dean was able to show me the features of the car. He explained clearly that there was a delivery timeline of about 8 months, but in the end we got our car in 5 months. We are very happy with it. A mate was so impressed when he went car shopping with me that he bought the same model as well from Dean. Couldn't be happier about the service and help at Roseville SVM!
