Customer service is exemplary! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our delivery dates despite it being the busy Christmas period. The guys from Yardware were, as usual, very friendly, helpful and professional.

Love Yardware,Staff are great, they helped me with hiring / creating an Outdoor Banquet Table (2 tables together & chairs for our 22 guests) for my Husbands Suprise 40th Birthday Party!I told them what my vision of the party was and they worked with me to help make it happen.Delivery people were great as well, they told me the 2 hour window of time they would be there, and even called me 30 mins prior to arriving. As it was going on old sandstone pavers which weren't exactly level - they even spent a few minutes helping to make sure the tables didn't wobble !We loved the look of the table & chairs so much, that we actually bought/ kept 1, so only returned 1 table and chairs !Would highly recommend Yardware, and will come back when we are ready to do the next section of garden where I want a water fountain!!

We bought a beautiful outdoor Venetian table with positano bases. Excellent customer service like a family business and we were also impressed with the after sales service. Highly recommended.

Fantastic up-market warehouse. Great place to buy water features, tables, chairs, pillars, and upstairs is an eclectic collection of indoor furniture.

I bought an outdoor dining setting (table plus 8 chairs + cushions) from Yardware a few months ago. Looked nice on delivery, however I have had numerous problems including the table top staining from leaves falling on it (despite also paying for a special sealant) and the coating/paint on the chairs peeling/chipping off very easily, despite very little use over only a few months. Their solution to the table issue was to either place a cover on the table or put a piece of glass on the table. I opted for the glass, as I didn't buy a table setting sold to me as outdoor furniture to then be covered! However water would pool under the glass and despite dry weather cannot evaporate, and now looks worse than the stains on the stone itself. The setting clearly appears to not be suited to being outdoor (despite it being marketed as so). I have never asked a retailer for a full refund on a product such as this before, however I did with this. Their response to date is that there is nothing faulty with any of the the products and that I am causing the damage myself. In addition, when I have visited the shop I noticed the same peeling of the powder coating on the floor stock.I wrote to Yardware a month ago, and am yet to receive a response and I am currently pursuing them through the NSW Department of Fair Trading for a full refund or an acceptable alternative outdoor setting.

Amazing service and excellent styling advice for our property. We love our outdoor setting and highly recommend Yardware.
