After an extensive search for good quality leather couches, incl checking high-end 'label' brands on Gumtree to see how they aged (very disturbing!) I stumbled on The Upholstery Shop link. One visit and I was hooked. Mainly WA products used, custom made in Osb Pk, completed promptly (well before other retailers), potential for easy re-fill if needed in the long term, and definitely good value. An excellent experience dealing with those who manufacture the furniture and impart good advice.

Absolute outstanding craftsmanship and attention to detail. This family owned WA business re-upholstered our three piece suite and we were blown away with the final result. Kerry the owner was more than helpfully and her knowledge of the trade is second to none. There are so many Upholstery shops out there & where do you start? I love my new sofa. I’d highly recommend Biltfirm - quality furniture at a great price. You can customise whatever you want and the best part is right now it’s a 6-8 week delivery (usually 4-6 weeks!) so you don’t have to wait too long ☺️

I put Biltfirm on the spot 25 years ago to make me 2 couches in 3 weeks to take to Hong Kong. They turned out beautifully. I have had them recovered once since then at Biltfirm. My reason for this review is that my couches are still like new and will be recovered again. I highly recommend Biltfirm for quality furniture.

The Upholstery Shop reupholstered our 32 year old lounge suit with amazing results. It now looks like it did 32 years ago and is so comfortable. The price was right, workmanship excellent and the staff always helpful, patient and cheerful.
