I am super happy with the purchase of my new skis. They came perfectly boxed and delivered in 4 days. The skis were still in their factory plastic wrap in perfect new condition. The skis were also cheaper than other big name stores. I will definitely be buying from STM again.

I was able to find the ski bag that I really wanted and for a better price than other stores were selling it! Their website has great variety. It came exactly as advertised. Shipping was free and the package came really quickly! They also kept me updated after the payment stage so I knew how my order was going. Great service and from now on I will always have a look at this store whenever I need something. I highly recommend. :-)

Just bought some surfing gear (leg leash, boardies and some wax.) Daren has excellent knowledge on surfing products and surfing in general, it’s always a pleasure to chat with him. A true blue legend.

I had bought DaFin fins in the wrong size and had kept them with me for a few months before finally contacting STM Snow Surf Skate about it. They were kind enough to let me ship them back for a full refund, which was really appreciated as it would have been hard for me to resell them at the price I had paid although they were brand new. I was very thankful for that, Hugh, Miko and Lucas provided amazing customer service and if I was to shop again online or in store, I would definitely know that this is a great brand with a great customer service! Thanks heaps guys for your amazing help!

Super slow to ship items, they labelled the address poorly, unresponsive and slow customer service via chat/email.I ordered a snowboard jacket online on Monday night, paid extra for express shipping, where they claim if you order before 12pm the order will be shipped same day and potentially received next day. I contacted STM via email on Wednesday morning when it hadn’t shipped the day prior. They did not respond. I called them and they stated it would be shipped that day (Wednesday) and I should receive it potentially the next day. They shipped Wednesday night after the AusPost cutoff, so essentially shipped my Monday night order Thursday afternoon (when it was processed by AusPost). According to AusPost, STM labelled the package poorly and it was sent to the wrong sorting facility, meaning I now do not have a jacket for my weekend trip to the snow, due to inability to ship on time, and poor labelling. I hope to receive a refund on at least the shipping.

Dissappointing service, waited to purchase snowboard, boots and other gear. Advised someone would be with shortly. Gentlemen ignored us and served another customer who had just arrived waited and still no acknowledgement. Walked out and purchased from Rockdale Snow Warehouse,service was amazing.Had arranged to pick up kids hire boots, when arrived they couldn't find booking, another wasted trip. Will not be recommending or shopping there again.
