If you are looking for a reliable company then look for someone else.We arranged for someone to come out on a Thursday & do a quote for our Rumpus room as it had water damaged. When they came out they were friendly & gave us a false sense of security. He left stating “I’ll have the quote no later the Wednesday”We left it for 2 weeks before contacting him to inquiring on our quote & then send multiple messages & phone calls for 3 weeks to follow.Our messages were ignored & when our phone calls weren’t ignored we were told lies & excuses to delaying our quote.We have been waiting 5 weeks for our quote & upon him ignoring my calls he answered my husbands call straight away as his number wasn’t known to him. My husband mentioned the quote & was told “If you don’t like it find someone else”.This company has waisted our time & we now need to find another company.The work ethic this company & there employees have for there clients is of very low standards & are extremely unreliable. They appeared very professional & you are made to feel confident in the delivery of the service provided but left very disappointed.
