This business sux. They were slow, expensive and very difficult to get along with

The most arrogant and rude salesperson I have ever dealt with. (Discovered that was the manager of the business, I feel sorry for everybody that has to work with him). Little to no customer skills. He was sitting on his phone for a the whole period of 5 minutes while we were in the shop until we approached him. Every time I walk past the shop and look in, no difference he is on his phone. So unprofessional.Made us feel like unworthy scum for even being in his precious shop. I genuinely feel we were being judged for wearing old clothes as currently renovating. People that hate my guts talk to me nicer than this guy. Inticially quoted $5,000 for one window fitting and advised us to go to spotlight to buy cheap fittings. I will never return to this shop or any Solomons/Luxafex owned businesses. Re edited the post, this has been up for months and no response back. It shows they do not care about customers.

The one star above, is for the polite young salesman who was clearly terrified of his boss/business owner.We were quoted 3 average window size blinds, and another blind for a standard sliding door. We were to receive a 20% discount! .. WooHoo! ....This brought the price down to $8,300!After my wife hit me with smelling salts, the young salesman had to ring his boss following the presentation. His boss wanted to speak to me of course, and then proceeded to use outdated, used car sales tactics on me. This raised my hackles IMMEDIATELY!A decision was needed to receive the 20% discount, otherwise, we were back looking at around $12K I was told. When I balked at the price, he did reduce it a few hundred more. ..... But seriously, I was not going to make a snap decision on the phone. The price was absolutely ridiculous for 4 blinds. I don't care how good they are!Who is making all the money here? Yes the product was lovely and unique to Luxaflex, but not $8K lovely""

Massive range of products and found all the staff to be helpful in finding the right products for our home and situation.

We were mis-lead with information to actually go here in the first place. We were looking for concertina doors and were told by a builder that Luxaflex have a range of them.... they don't!

Received great service and assistance from the sales people. Were very attentive to my needs and the installer for the job were professional and did a great job.

Great Products and the best display we came across. Blinds look great, Thanks to the team including the installer who was great.

A very disappointing experience when ordering a blind for a small bathroom ensuite window. Firstly they forgot to put our order in and when we found out 2 weeks later someone else came out to measure the job again. Then we waited and finally when the blind arrived it was not what we ordered and damaged so it had to go back until we got what we ordered. The final blind was good but the service delivery was terrible. The general response to our phone calls was indifference and my wife was spoken to rudely by the manager when she advised that the blind was wrong as he wanted payment. Anyway in the time it took to go through he whole process with Solomons Gepps Cross we had the ensuite finished and a glass shower door ordered, made and fitted. I do to expect to order anything from this business again.
