Just rang up this tradelink looking to replace an item in a client's bathroom. Cameron answered the phone and from the get go he was nothing but rude and condescending.This is not the first time I've experienced this from this person at this tradelink. He truly lacks customer service skills in a customer service industry and lacks the knowledge on how to source items that wouldn't be considered a normally stocked item.I'll be avoiding this tradelink at all costs and I advise everyone else to do the same.. there are plenty of good tradelinks around with great staff don't waste your time at the hoppers crossing store.

I needed to replace a part for my kitchen sink and the staff member couldn't have been more helpful. A small sale of less than $20. Customer service was excellent.
