I had solar installed with integra solar, we had nothing but problems. The installation was completed in march this year and as of today November we are still not receiving tariffs from our electricity company because there is still problems with our solar system installed by Intergra Solar. I am waiting for someone from Integra to call me back lol . They rarely call back

Can someone please contact me or give me a correct number to call I am call you 1300 number with no answer all throughout the day. I purchase a solar system if you and you did not register the system so I did not get any feed in tarif benefit. Please I don’t want anything but to register my system. Please

I have to be honest. I just about didn't go with these guys. Pricing was a bit higher there was the odd review that express dissatisfaction with the marketing practice. I am really happy I did. 2 years not I have had 3 followup calls to ensure everything is going good. I called in for a upgrade last week, professional advise about the options. They sent an electrician around who was a very smart and professional sparky. He explained the system inside out, gave me tips and even clean down my old part of the system. He reiterated the importance of using top gear and mentioned he only works with Integra in our region as they are committed to safer equipment. I have recommended to my aunty and she was also over the moon with the communication and the professionalism of this company.

If Integra is meant to signify integrity - then they should be rebranded HAVE NONE". My Father In Law got 3 systems installed way back in 2015. It's now 2021 and one sysrem is still is not working

Great Installation Integra. Thank you! The Team started in the Morning and was Finished by Mid Afternoon. The inverter is on and I have received my Inspection Paperwork and can start Saving Money and the Environment.

I wish I had switched to Solar years ago. Our Bills were through the Roof. After 6 Months we are almost in Credit. Friends of mine had told me about Integra. I am very careful which Companies I choose however they have been in business for 12 Years and must be doing something right!Very Happy!

We purchased a house 8 months ago that has 30 solar panels and 2 invertors installed by Integra Energy Group of which one invertor was not working. After speaking with the Clean Energy Council they suggested we do an independent report on the system and recommended the Solar Service Guys. They were wonderful and did a full check on the system.The invertor suppler Solax has agreed to replace the Invertor as it is under warranty however one concerning finding in the report was that the system is not compliant and never was! There are cables under the solar panels that are touching a metal roof which according to the CEC is unacceptable and they have stated 'cables should not be lying on the roof and should be appropriately supported. Cables laying on the roof is not compliant with Australian Standards or CEC accreditation'.I have tried several times to call and email Integra Energy Group but after weeks of hearing nothing I have been advised by Clean Energy Council to take this matter to Fair Trading NSW.
