Yav did a small job for me to brick up a hole where the old ducted vent used to be. He is so friendly and so easy to deal with. Quick with his quote and came out the within days. The job was done well and he even touched up a few spots where the mortar had erode for free. I have no hesitation in recommending Yav and I will definitely use him again for any brick work. we follow Yav on social media for couple of years since we purchased land and can say his work is top quality. We contacted him to build our front fence. Upon establishing he was not able to do our job as we are in the south east (too far), i requested if he was still able to quote so we know the pricing range. He was so kind and send me a quote. I had a small bricklaying job. A lot of people knocked it back for that reason. Yav on the other hand took it on and did an absolutely amazing job. He also lined up an acid wash job right after his job. Highly recommend Yav and his guys.

This is the first time I have posted my experience with a tradie on Google review. Nowadays it is hard to find a good tradie as we all know.There was a big crack in our solid (double brick) front wall, which caused it to lean towards the footpath. Our job was posted on Hipages after which we were approached by three bricklayers and one builder. Even though Yav’s quotation (the owner of the business) was a bit pricey, we decided to go ahead with Hatice because they would do all other jobs such as the removal of big palm tree, which caused the crack in the wall, rendering, painting, and disassembling & putting back a big steel entrance door, all of which was a great relief.Yav kept us informed of the progress throughout the project. We were so satisfied with their work. Finally, we had ticked off one of our painful outstanding repair and maintenance matters. If anyone has a bricklaying issue, I would strongly recommend Hatice. On the flip side, you have to wait for some time as they can be booked out for certain periods. In our case, we had to wait a month for them to start our job.

Yav was the best. I was so happy I found him and will use him for any future projects. He was always on time, so reliable, did an amazing job and was priced very fairly. Just a top all round guy. Thanks again mate. You transformed the front of our house and made it look amazing!!
