Trinity Beach Foreshore

One of my favourite beaches in Cairns. It has lots of shaded grass areas to relax out of the sun. There are life guards and it has a stinger net. BBQ and seating areas. There are some nice restaurants to eat along the esplanade as well. There is a playground at the north end for the kids.

Super beach with a great walk and safe swimming, heaps of eateries along the front.

Trinity beach is beautiful. We were here for a little holiday and we didn’t want to leave, even though it rained most days.The beach has trees along the shoreline, great if you want to escape the sun.You can only swim within the enclosure which is quite bit and has enough room for everyone. The reason for this is the chance of crocodile and jelly fish in the water.This is a small beach town, it only had 5 restaurants, a small supermarket and a couple of shops, so make sure you come prepared having done your food shopping, toiletries and medicine.There’s a small shopping complex within Trinity Beach, if you are walking it’s about 25 min and by car, maybe only 5-10 min, but there you will find a bigger supermarket and an amazing bakery, a GP and a pharmacy.All in all, trinity beach is amazing if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. Most restaurants close around 9-10pm and then it’s dead quiet.

Lovely beachside, whether for a walk, a swim or a picnic like what we did for Australia Day.Lots of restaurants around to have a cold drink and/or something to eat.

The beach is quiet. A good place to relax with your family. The parking lot is not enough when there is a holiday.

I really liked this beach. Great to relax on & walk along too. It has a area roped off for swimming with life guard.

Lovely beach to come to for exercise or just family time. There's a small playground at the north end with picnic tables and bbqs scattered along the 1km esplanade. Parking isn't the best especially on a warm day if you want to swim in the netted area. There is a couple cafes on the beachfront too.

This magnificent stretch of sand was on my list before I even got to the country and I was not disappointed. While it is surrounded by private property, it is still accessable to the common man. To add to the appeal, there are several amenities here such as a bistro across the street, and yoga which I was regretfully unable to experience due to scheduling conflicts.

Most gorgeous and relaxing beach. Not too busy just enough traffic to enjoy your surroundings.
