The team here are always great and happy. Albeit it’s small and limited, I enjoy it greatly.

Max and Laura at Macquarie (with help from a resourceful stocky guy with glasses) had helped me to churn out a result for my question.I had started at Zing! with a swift and precise redirect to EB Games (by the lovely Max and her just as lovely glasses-wearing co-worker) in search of XS sized light-blue Pokémon-style Eveelution hoodie. The XS size wasn't an option at that time.What was available to me at the time was a single S-sized one waiting for me at EB Games, which I was assisted in finding by your lovely Max.I was informed of the return policy by Max before she departed to help Zing! again on that busy day.Laura was amazingly accommodative with her customer service -- her pleasant dealings and her adaptability to different scenarios made the experience worth it when a lady had abruptly cut in front of me in queue.Laura noticed this and still had the professionalism to treat the insistent lady with patience and even took the chance to inform that same lady of a specific deal they had in store that day in conjunction with her purchase.Laura apologised when it was my turn, and she had instantly brought my mood back up with her bright personality. We even had a little chat about some gnarly Eeveelution tattoos she'd seen, which definitely was a point of interest for me.I was so pleasantly surprised that both these girls had so much ( and that one guy with the glasses ) had the time to help me given how engaged and busy they were on that day with customer requests and the like. I haven't come to Macquarie or even been in either of these stores for a while now, but these guys work so well and cohesively with such efficiency.I'm much less reluctant to come in to these stores now, and I'm definitely be coming here first in the near future as I start to snoop around for some neato merch!

The baseball bat and other weapons are amazing!

Great range of pop here, really cool custom made sculptures and other merch, only problem is most of it is rather expensive

I'm a nerd and they sell nerd merchandise with outstanding friendly staff. What more could you want.

An Amazing selection of videogame/movie inspired items and an entire wall dedicated to Pop!The customer service is immaculate and they have no shame in sending customers to other stores to find exactly what theyre looking for which is another major and necessary element of honesty to bring customers back. One of the few Zings that aren't conjoined with EB GAMES. Easily my favourite zing in Sydney and I've been to most, if not all of them as of right now.
