My in laws to be were supposed to be staying here for our wedding, they contacted to find out about their final payments only to be told their accomodation needs to be cancelled because someone who booked for the same date AFTER them was taking priority because they decided to get married there. Poor form to not let my in laws know that you made the mistake of double booking and they have to contact YOU to find out that the accomodation is cancelled. What would have happened if they had arrived at the accomodation on the day? Now they need to try and find alternate accomodation 2 weeks out from my wedding. Unprofessional.

Even when the weather was horrible we enjoyed staying at Grey Gums. The house is fantastic, really well equipped and sparkly clean. Thanks for letting me know, I thought I gave a 5 but obviously I made a mistake the first time! Sorry about that.
