I shopped at Clark Rubber Halls Head recently. I was not satisfied with the quality of the service I received so I provided feedback to store management. The Manager acknowledged my concerns and provided me with feedback on action taken. I was impressed with the response and would be a return customer in the future.

Terrible service, interrupted the two staff at the front desk having a chat, and was made to feel an inconvenience. They were uninterested in helping solve my problem, very dismissive. Have previously been to the store and was served by the new manager who was very helpful, shame he wasn’t there as they lost a sale.

I ordered some cut foam via the website for click and collect. I received an email a few hours later stating my order was ready for collection so I put my 2 young kids in the car and went to collect it. When I arrived my order was not ready. And I had to wait which would normally not bother me but I didn't get an apology or an explanation for the why it had occurred.

we got served by a lovely man who helped us out with our foam and projects for cosplaying. he helped us find the best options and cheapest options. i highly recommend this place!! lovely staff :)
