Worse place I have ever been to. They did my tax return incorrectly. They also stuffed up my bank details so now I haven’t gotten my return back, and they are accusing me and saying it’s my fault. They have not even tried to help me. Don’t recommend. They are a bunch of scums.

THE WORST PLACE EVER to get a simple tax return done. I was told NOT to go here however thought to give it a try because I am around the area.A lady with an accent had dealt with me and she was very rude. She was not there to help at all and made me feel as if I wanted something for nothing out of my tax.My tax was completed 19 days ago and I still have no sign of it, it has never taken this long when I had gone to do my tax elsewhere.For what you pay it is definitely worth going else where

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACEI paid so much for a simple tax returns and for a thing that takes maximum of 14days, mine took more than 25days and not even a sign of it. I wished i had checked their reviews before going there but it was just close to where i live and i thought i give it a try. Terrible people and even horrible accountants !

Made an appointment for a set time, arrived 5 mins before this time, was approached told to take a seat and wait that it should only be 10-15 mins. 45 mins later I am told Oh it is to late to start your return now" and that is it. No offer to re-book

I took time off work on last Thursday to get my taxes done here, paid $588, only to be asked to take time off the next day, to sign the required forms, because no one had ordered ink for the printer since Monday!!I mentioned to my consultant upon my return that this was pretty average"I was promptly given my paperwork and wished a good day!Disgusted and offended..."
