I rented for one year through Thomson Malvern, my property agent Kerry Mezio was a pleasure to deal with. I had to leave my lease early and she advised me through the process step by step. They have the worse realEstate agents I never meet. Discrimination about tattoo shops in Melbourne is ridiculous. I was interested to rent one of the property he had for lease and he just discriminate my job. Discrimination about what people do for live is worse than discrimination about race. The Easystay studio apartment I stayed with Thomson for 3 years due its great location and services they provided especially to name the real agent Kerry. She has helped and taken any concern with utmost importance. They are easy to deal with and had never put any pressure of any sort during my stay.Highly recommended !!!

Despicable experience. Tried being flexible, had consumer affairs involved, even threatening VCAT and still had unfixed problems.Whilst I know they work for the landlords and not the tenants, multiple urgent repairs remained weeks after reporting them. I had broken floorboards, rotting holes in the floor, rain leaking in - all ignored by Thompson for around a year rather than the allowed 2 weeks.I tried to work with them to receive compensation after leaving. They counter offered a lower amount citing because we didn't increase your rent when we renewed your lease" as if they were doing me a favour.The house I was renting went back on the market pretty quickly so I'm not sure that the rain leakage has been fixed for the next tenant

This is our first rental in Australia, very lucky and very smooth. Emma explained all the problems to us very patiently and provided us with a lot of convenience. Our English expression ability is limited, but with Emma's help, we solved all the problems. She was the best agent we had in Australia.
