This store deserves zero stars. Three times they got a simple order wrong. I ordered a gluten free vegorama with no mozzarella. Each time I got a pizza without mozzarella but with pineapple. I'm allergic to pineapple which is not one of the vegorama ingredients. The feta was invisible. Head Office....Having 18 year old Duty Managers who laugh away or don't take allergies seriously is SERIOUS. And this is just after my dealing with breast cancer, double mastectomy, harsh chemo and reconstruction. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!!!!

Attention franchise mark:Ordered on Saturday @230, notification received to say pizza is ready in store ready for delivery.3.09pm, still sitting and waiting to be delivered.1st phone call to store, manager Jacob, said that because people had paid extra for faster delivery, they come first. Said that it would be leaving within 3 minutes. 5 minutes later, still hadn't left. 2nd phone call, asked to refund the order; Jacob flat out refused to refund and even remake the pizza.Third phone call, escalated to manager to which Jacob sarcastically responded you're speaking to him".Again

Ordered a thin & crispy godfather, got a thick godfather with no sauce and was awful! So disappointed as I normally get 2 pizzas a week from Runaway Bay and they are fantastic. Staff at Palm beach were all not concerned with walk in customer's. Pizza was cold as it was just being put in the hot box as I arrived yet I was told it would be 5min,the staff wouldn't even check the orders for my pizza??? It's not good enough

did not receive a garlic bread bag and one of the employees was not wearing a hair net correctly and large amounts of sauce were being wasted because the spatula was not used to scrape the extra sauce there no extra oil on the deep pan basses pizza wasn’t bad though, but my garlic bread was undercooked.
