Brilliant customer service... thank you!We had a problem with some gravel that was delivered. I’ve read the negative reviews about customer service, but our experience could not have been more different.Castlemaine manager Matt Sinclair, is a thoroughly decent fellow and could not have been more helpful in sorting things out for us. He went above and beyond to help us out and was always pleasant, responsive and followed through to the end. We could not recommend him more highly, and as Manager of ASQ, one imagines that will flow through to ASQ in general.

Ordered two cubic metres. What was delivered was barely over one.Have to ask... are you purposely trying to rip off people not there to see it loaded, ones you think aren't local, and/or are young therefore think don't know what a metre looks like?

Ok for most things. Some soil is good. Mulch is not. For us it's just convenient. If you want bulk delivery there are better places.
