Slightly overpriced compared to competitors, and for some reason, they have no deep socket range for impact drivers. Once they improve their range of products, the store is a solid 4 stars

Ordered my parts last week and they have turned up 2 days early.Great service and amazing price.Take advantage or the VIP card. Well worth the effort

Poor customer service when it comes to ordering parts and being contacted when they arrive in store to be collected. Was told a phone call would be made when the part had arrived in store so it could be picked up but no one from the shop called. When we called the shop the day after we were told the part would be in by we were told a system malfunction prevented the order going through and it hadn’t been ordered yet even though it had been fully paid for. Was finally ordered by Repco staff during that phone call and was assured that we will be contacted when the part arrived. Again no contact from the Repco staff when the part arrived in store and it sat there for 3 days with no contact until we called again. This isn’t the first time and won’t be the last time as we will need to order parts again. Repco Gladstone staff.....do better.

Repco were great after a road rage incident in the car park near their shop they reviewed there security cameras and were very helpful thank you Repco .

Shop set-up is confusing to find what you want . Very lovely service ppl though make it a pleasure to stroll around . Some products like lights LEDs etc expensive. Online they are a quarter of price

Store us good and staff are friendly but the website always seems to freeze and crash no matter what browser I'm using

Very helpful staff member took the time to help me identify a cv boot for a Mercedes Benz GLC. The one I ordered wouldn't fit so he helped find one that fit.
