Carpet Call Skygate

I've now had two lots of carpet installed by the team at Carpet Call Skygate.I've been very impressed with the initial contact, follow ups, measure ups and installs.Many thanks to Dave, Ian and installer Graham for such excellent service and you will be first point of call for any further flooring needs.Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Dave and the team highly enough. I called Dave with a very limited time frame, he was able to work his magic and have the job completed on time and to the highest quality. Very impressed with the whole team, their service and workmanship would be hard to match.

I recently purchased a beautiful Sands rug from Digant at the Macgregor store. He was incredibly helpful with all my questions and helping me choose the correct rug for our family. I loved this rug so much I bought another one. Sandeep Kumar from the Skygate shop went out of his way to help, opening up carpets to show me some different colours. I can not rate Sandeep and Digant more highly for their customer service. I would definitely recommend talking to both Sandeep and Digant if you want beautiful rugs and great prices and excellent customer service.

The team instore were fantastic. The contractors who installed the flooring however were terrible. Charged more than $1000 to level the floor, which hasn't been levelled in the area that they pointed out needed levelling in the first place. Called them back out to fix it, told to wait two weeks for the floor to settle (had been installed for over a month at that point), and advised that it would all need to be ripped up and redone. You could tell they didnt want anything to do with it. because of the headache of it all trying to book in I guess we're going to have to live with it for now. The lack of English spoken by the installers also made it extremely hard to communicate. I'd definitely purchase from the store again, but would be organising my own installation.

When we walked into Carpet Call at Skygate today and we didn’t expect to actually find what we were looking for, but we found the perfect carpet straight away and Phillip was so helpful and knowledgeable and he gave us a fantastic deal.Thank you so much for all of your help and patience, can’t wait to have the carpets in our home.We will definitely be returning in the future for any of our flooring needs.

Visited here and served by Dave who was professional, informative and ensured we achieved a good deal. Experience was ultra positive but most importantly, the carpet(installed for 2 months now) is fabulous with the look, wear and feel. Dave was an absolute legend!!! He is incredibly helpful and a gifted sales man with a keen eye for all things carpet and rug. He gave us many options and was honest - which helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Dave!!!! We’ll be back for sure :)
