I've been going here for bits and pieces for the past few years. Mostly RHS, Flat Bar and Bright Round Bar. Prices are on their website so I know what I'm going to be up for before I order. I've always called a couple of hours before I head over and pay on the phone. I've had zero issues and will continue to get steel from here.

Great place for steel, but bad for deliveries, my order was dropped of next door but they swore it was dropped off, yeah i think the driver may be Dyslexic or he could have a early sign of Dementia ! My advise get your steel with another mob !!!

So absolutely lovely staff at counter. Went there 3 times before giving up. First time I caught the wrong cuts/sizes and actually got a 1m length for free due to the mix up. Second time I didn't realize till much much later, that they had given me 30mm rather than 40mm, the third time I got a full length cut in 2 of 2mm thick, found out when I got home it was only 1.6mm, they offered to have it returned and replaced but by then I was done. Just check you are getting what you have paid for before leaving!
