Isuzu service dept are friendly & helpful.... the sales team are rude & drive like they own the roads (plenty of near misses/accidents as they don't look before exiting their yards onto the roads)

I got my Dmax serviced here and they did a fantastic job. They gave a complimentary wash as well.Couple of days following the service, I noticed a trim has loosened on the driver side door. I suspect it was removed during the service because I noticed few marks around the trim.Anyway I called them and arranged an appointment to fix it. I went there and the bloke in the office welcomed and asked me to take a seat while they fix it. After a couple of minutes, this bloke came to the coffee machine near the waiting area and asked me whether I want a coffee. I said yes. He went ahead and made a coffee (with two sugars as I requested) for me, which tasted really good. I have been to other places in Australia for various services (banks, GP centres,shops) etc, but none of them have ever made me a cup of coffee. They would only show me the machine. I am pretty sure it was not this guy's duty to make a coffee for a customer. But he made my day. I would say it is customer service above and beyond. Unfortunately I could not get this guy's name.

Very efficient and easy to book in with

I bought a brand new dmax here. The service was nice enough but I'd never come back. Paid 4-5k extra then what the car actually sells for so I could get it sooner and he wouldn't even throw some floor mats in. Not only would he not throw floor mats in but was putting a profit on the mats. Absolute rip off taking advantage of people's situation. Buy anywhere else and you will get a better deal. My local isuzu offered me a cheaper price on the extras I asked them for without me even having to buy a car.

Picked up our new car on Friday last week.Right from the get go the team at Blue Ribbon were nothing but helpful and made the purchase so easy.We delt with Corey and I can’t recommend him enough.Thanks again guys we will be back.

Came in to test drive the Isuzu D Max X Terrain as I was between that and the Toyota Hilux. Was told we should just come back when we actually want to purchase the car, I said we are possibly going to but want to test drive both first so choose which one we liked better. We got taken out on a test drive after feeling like we are such an inconvenience. Safe to say I won't be purchasing from that yard.

Their book of excuses is larger than their car yard...Don't waste your time here.

Buying the car and getting it serviced has been great, simple and easy. Just had a couple small issues warranty wise. First warranty claim took two months and countless phone calls to get it declined, for a $200 dollar job. This second warranty claim is for a dealer fitted accessory which has taken over a week and still no answer from them and several ''promised callbacks after I have called them. My partner has been recently looking to upgrade her car here
