I purchased a shock glass protector for my Samsung S23 ultra at the cost of $45. There was a bubble were the finger scanner is on the front of the sreen. I took it back and had it replaced, free of charge. Than a month later the screen protector kept moving and would not stay on the phone, the finger scanner on the front was still visible. Other S23 with screen protector on do not show the finger scanner. I returned to have it replaced with a different screen protector. Was told it is over a month and they have replaced it once. Also I was ask what environmental I worked in. Not sure why when I was asking for a replacement but not the shock glass and I was happy to pay.Poor customer service and very rude ladies.Keep away from this place.

Was quoted $25 for a S22 Shock Glass protector went back to pay, was then told $45. Refused to pay, so they took it off my phone. Went to another phone Experts in Griffin, New Glass Shock Screen Protector fitted and a Magnet fitted $20. Was told by the owner at DR Phone that I wouldn't get it cheaper anywhere else.

Basically been scammed…I’m not one to leave a review, however selling me a IPhone charger and then it not connecting to CarPlay in my car, with it disrupting everything. I go to return it and the lady at the front says I can’t give you a refund because it’s not “damaged” and it still charges… sits there and argues with me saying she can’t give me a refund for a damaged cable, (with it also being damaged on the cable and showing her).

Repair very quick and life time warranty.Strong screen protector and shock proof case. It’s been 2 years and dropped phone many times, but still in perfect condition. The lady there is super friendly and polite.
