I bought a bag from here for $320. It’s had a tag showing it was reduced from $670 (a bargain right) anyway I get home a google the price and you can buy it for $240 online at multiple shops.Now I don’t mind paying more from a shop than online but saying it was reduce by $350 is just a scam.I know I should have checked the online price before purchasing, but this is just a rip off. You think you’re getting a bargain but your just getting ripped off.Nice bag tho lol.

Good range of products

I buy most of my bag here. I've only ever had one problem. The latch on my new handbag broke within the first week of use. I took it back and they exchanged it straight away, no questions asked. The prices are reasonable and there is a great range. They always seem to have the kind of bag I'm looking for

RACIST AND APPALLING customer service.Purchased a travel charger and after paying & leaving the store, 1 min later we were followed by the lady who served us asking if we took 2 instead of one, the audacity! Embarrassing us for absolutely nothing in the middle of Highpoint. Accusing us for absolute nothing, just because we were visibly Muslim! She checked all our shopping bags. We went back in and asked for an immediate refund as we don’t pride on making purchases from people who are nothing but RACIST! This is Australia and being Muslim makes us not any less human/AUSTRALIAN. SHAME ON YOU!

I bought two identical suitcases from Aus Luggage with a 5 year warranty. One broke on the wheel within two weeks, the other lasted a further 3 months.Upon returning the products I was first told it was the airports problem. I disputed this and was told it was my fault for rolling it incorrectly. I disputed this and was told that I would have to send it to another company for my warranty to be used, but that the company was closed for Christmas and I would have to return in half a month.The owner of the store also refused to take the luggage in advance, wasting more of my time as I now have to travel back to this store.I rarely give negative reviews, but will never again purchase anything from Aus Luggage, and suggest you don't either as I strongly suspect when I return in January there will be another reason why I can not get a refund.
