I have been having issues with my Pentair Rebel pool cleaner for the last 6 months. I took it back to this store where I bought it and was told it needed a part replaced. The store could not tell me how long it would take so I asked to change it as was still under warranty. They refused.3 months later I get it back and it has not worked well since. I called Pentair and they told me these were designed to maintain yourself and told me to YouTube it. I did and followed the instructions and found out straightaway what the issue was. They had forced the cover closed even though it was fouling on the bearing they changed. I simply opened the cover, pushed the bearing in and now it’s fine.6 months of stress due to the standard of workmanship in the picture. There is another pool shop at Clifton. Use them. FYI they look at and reply to reviews.The most recent engagement was to understand where the connection hose to the rebel had gone. It was missing and the store told me it was nothing to do with them even though they are the only people who touch it during servicing. They ordered a replacement and when they tried to charge me for it I refused so they gave it me and told me don’t come back.

Go there as a last resort. They are crazy expensive and if you are having issues with a rental try calling someone else.A mate of mine had a vacant property between tenants and the pool power turned off. Pump did not turn back on. Pool was green with lillies and tadpoles.Pool shop said it would cost $900 to fix. Mate organised 10 kg of super shock and ran the pump for 3 days, cleaning sand filter every 24 hours. Perfect in 3 days and cost $40.Now that is ethically questionable don't you think?

Do not trust. Walk inside wrong property right through to our deck and bedroom and claiming he thought this house was the correct house. Like he can not read the numbers on the letter box and ignoring the fact that we did not answer the door. The meaning of it is simple we are busy and we do not want to be disturbed and if you walk in that is simply trespassing. That is what this company done. Apart of nasty conversation which followed with his boss and no apology from their side we reported trespassing to police."

This one star is for your appalling admin.A shame because your pool service was first class.Every month since we vacated a rented property (5months),you have sent a My pool txt to both myself and my partner telling mea service is scheduled,and every month you assure me that our phone numbers will be deleted.Not good customer service.

Tried a few of the pool shops around the Northern Beaches, Sandra, Dave and the team have to be the best around. Do not waste your time and money with pretenders, go straight to the real experts for genuine friendly and professional help.

They came to service our pool on the 29/12/21, said the chlorinated needed to be fixed and that they would have it back next day. It’s 4/1/22, pool is now green and they aren’t answering their phone!! We can’t use our pool in the peak of summer!! Great service…NOT!!!

Sandy, Dave and the boys have looked after us very well over the years. Helping out after hours and their supply and install of quality products is second to none. Best of all when my pool chemicals are balanced it’s free. Thanks Beaches Pool Supplies

Great service and friendly advice, due to recent rains here, I have put off attending to our pool chemical adjustments over past few months. The staff member today who served me took his time to explain everything I needed to do to bring our pool back to it's sparkling usual self. Thank you to Dave, Sandy and the boys.
