Can not fault the team! Had an Apline Apple car play head unit fitted. Reedy even tidied up the wiring behind the unit to give it a factory finish. They after sales service has been brilliant.

I have known Fred & the staff from RCS for many many years, he has helped me out on the odd occasion with one or two of my customers that have moved up to Rockhampton, & surrounding areas, he has sorted any little problem for me & my customers and gone out of his way, and vice versa I have done exactly the same for him & his customers, there are not too many places that you can call on to assist in long-distance problems, situations or even help a person with their incar entertainment, whether it be the little things like retuning radio stations after a replacement car battery, setting the clock, helping people truly understand their in car navigation systems. A lot of us have been in the car audio, & in car entertainment industry for well over 20, 25 or even 30 years or more. There are very few car audio and in car entertainment retail stores left in Australia that I would highly recommend to send customers to.In retail, it is very very hard work.The number one rule, is to understand what the customer needs, what the customer really wants, what they ask for.What we do is educate the customer on technology such as in car entertainment, navigation, reversing cameras, alarm systems, vehicle tracking, Bluetooth systems & so on.I know Fred has been in the area for a very very long time and he knows what he's doing, he will go out of his way for anyone. What I find hard to believe, is there are keyboard warriors that are out to disrupt our dying industry. I honestly can't believe somebody could say this about someone.Hang in their Fred, we are here to support you.
