Wasn’t expecting much for the $15 option. Haircut was quick and exceeded my expectations

They are a walk-in hairdresser and the demand for their services is quite high especially if they are short on workers throughout the day.I have read the reviews as a customer and find many are ridiculous.If you want a perfect haircut, turn up early and show some respect.They have a certain time to complete haircuts even when demand is high and obviously if you’re picky, please go somewhere else.I have given 3 stars because no business is perfect. I would give 4 stars for the workers that have to put up with the owner and the ridiculous customers.

Spend your money elsewhere..Try and look past the cheap price! The staff that work there are far from friendly and borderline rude. It's almost an inconvenience you entering their shop to get a cut. Don't even greet you when you walk in sit down at the chair.The shop is cash only.. (what retail establishment doesn't have some kind of eftpos/card system in 2022??) And not only is it cash only, you need to put your exact cash in a machine. If you don't have the correct cash amount you need to go away and get it.. there are signs up enforcing their rules about what your money gets you.. it's simply not a nice experience and not even that good of a cut.

They use a numbering system so u know when it's your turn which I really like so u have a rough idea how long u have till its your turn. That way if I have to get bread, a drink or whatever I can if there are more then a couple of people before me.The last 2 times I have been there I have shown them my number when it has come up and yet they tell me someone else is next. The number matches the other number and I am not late. They have a good system in place just a few workers that aren't wise enough to utilise it. I walk out, who knows when u will served next

Who actually runs this place? There were at least 20 people waiting around to get their haircut. One stylist is working on a Saturday. The numbering system didn't work and the display was stuck on 209 all day. The stylist turns around and looks and waits for the next person. No one knows who's next, so anyone just sits in the chair. People who have been waiting were still sitting waiting long after their turn. This place is absolutely disgraceful. The centre need to close this place down or sort it out.

In a world where ATMs are almost nonexistent and no human I know carries cash with them, how does a business exist on a Cash Only" basis?The premises looked nice but I can't comment on the quality of the cuts or the service from the team as I couldn't get past the first hurdle.So

Went to get my hair cut. Not only did the note machine not work and take our cash. But then after a 40 minute wait the barber listened to nothing asked of her. I Asked for a 3 on the sides and clearly stated to leave the back. All the sides and back were shaved off to a 2 listening to nothing I said. She then tried to ask me is this ok and is the cut finished to which I responded that is not what I asked for, the Barber then argued to say that is what I asked for. She then didn’t cut anything off the top I which was also requested then rushed me out of the seat to get the next person. I even showed a photo of the exact style I would like but somehow ended up with nothing like it.The store is an absolute mess with rubbish everywhere, a half working payment machine and only one staff member in with people lined up outside.No care from the staff member and after reading the reviews apparently no care from the other staff and the owner neither.

I went there today and the girl hairdresser was so rude to each of their customers as their price has gone up from $10 to $15 now and everyone will now require to have exact cash to insert to the machine otherwise, the hairdresser will roll their eyes and being rude to you because they don’t bother exchange notes with you even when they can….I spent $15 and my haircut was less than 10 mins and the hairdresser was rushing and I could feel she was annoyed at the end by the customers stuck in the front door due to cash issue for the machine?

I use their service from past 7 years.Todays's experience at the shop is worst. The women's behaviour is really odd and she was really rude. she trim the hair on back of my head with such a force ,it left the soar red marks. It never happened before. I dont have the instagram account otherwise I would have post the photos on their page. really bad.
