Very slow service and staff weren’t the nicest. Took 12 minutes for 2 iced lattes that tasted like they had zero sugar syrup and literally only had 2 ice cubes in each drink. I understand it was probably busy and I do give places a good chance before posting reviews but the drive thru was just very unorganised. Disappointing experience.

I'm not a Maccas lover, but when the grandkids ask, what can I say? Staff friendly food normal Mecca's nothing to rave about. However, it's always cold in the store

Disgraceful, 20-minute wait, staff skylarking behind the counter. After waiting for so long, I enquired why, oh, we missed your order bet they didn't see me sitting there either. Poor service.

It's been a solid 10 years since I've been to Maccas & let's just say I'm very impressed & surprised. The food tastes amazing & yet familiar, I got hit by a (taste) nostalgia truck. When there isn't a million people (Usually after 5 on Friday) the service is extremely fast.

Went there this morning, daughter asked us to grab some pancakes for her, was craving them, went there, got home, no butter or syrup! Shouldn't that be a no brainer! One let down girl, would have taken it back, but have travelled 20 minutes, also went in there a few weeks ago, before school, a quick maccas run, 25 minutes later! Short staffed, get it together, very disappointing

Worst McDonalds in Australia. On 21/12, we waited 15 minutes in the drive through line waiting for food. No one was at the payment window and we were offered to, “go back around and pay.” Why should we go back around when we’ve been waiting over 15 minutes since placing our order to pay and actually receive the order? On the 29/12, After 3 minutes of waiting, we were told, “I’ll get to you when I can.” After 10 minutes of still no one offering to take our order, we left. This was very much a joke and an insult to McDonalds Australia.Head office need to be aware of this as there are rules set in place and I guarantee this is not how it’s meant to be run.

Slow as, hardly any people in store just standing around doing nothing. Can wait up to over an hour for a menulog order, very very rude as well over the phone and in store

No chocolate shakes, got strawberry and it was runny, burger was barely warm, needlessly long wait in drive through cue waiting for another customer to get their order. Not The usual standard for Maccas.Visited again (Mar 23) ordered in store staff left order sitting in prep area unattended, after waiting a while we had to ask for it to be passed over there was no reason for the meal to be delayed.
