Good food good ambience and great staff except the one who took our order .From the get go she wasn’t in the mood and no hi no greetings , when we started ordering and asked a quick question she just nodded and rest was left for us to assume. Till this time I was ok as anyone can be having a rough day so I continued with the order, when I asked for a child seat for my 3 years son . Her response rudely was we don’t have any as all are broken . Naturally I accepted that and moved on.Staff who served the food was a different person so I requested again as it was going to very inconvenient for my son to have food on normal chair .Guess the response - absolutely yes and I had the seat within minutes .I can’t believe what I experienced and I feel bad to leave a 2 star review as enjoyed every thing. If the manager or owner wants to investigate this I will more than happy to change my stars.

Whilst looking for brunch on a Sunday we decided to try the Groove train.Located on level 3 it's one of the remaining places to eat on this level. Whilst we were there the tables were approximately 30% full.In terms of ambience it's not ideal given its right outside the bowling and arcade so you hear lots of kids yelling so be prepared if you come here during peak times.We ordered a couple of breakfast items and they came out quickly. The dishes were tasty and would be happy to have again.

Forest Hill chase is always a good place to go. Grove train is treat, with a variety of food - from Greek, Italian, burgers, and Asian. The serving sizes are large. Even the kids menu is a big portion. The quality of food is above average. The carbonara was great, but the souva was very average. Stick to the Asian dishes, they are all good in quality.

Fun place with fantastic staff. Food arrived quickly, maybe just a bit overseasoned for my tastes, but would be perfect for most people. A great location for lunch in forest hill chase.

Casual dining restaurant with a wide variety of dishes. Tried the beef cheek and calamari in my last visit and both dishes were great, the beef cheek especially was amazing.The burgers are good and a very generous serve along with chips. There's a bar here and there's a decent list of beers, wines and cocktails.Service was friendly and I was able to walk in on a Saturday night which was great.

We had Chris serving us and he always came up with a friendly attitude and a welcoming smile. Super accomodating, clear communications about any holdups and paid close attention to all our needs. Anyone would be lucky to have him as their waiter. 10/10 Chris!

Haven't been to the Groove Train since the Kids were little at Harbour Town, Docklands. The Staff and Management are Fantastic. Great Food Selection to suit Everyone in your Family. Has a Kids Menu. Good Cocktail List and Happy Hour is even BETTER.
