I left my mildly obscure 25 yr old amp in for repair. I wasn’t hopeful but the inspection fee was reasonable so it was worth a try. It was fixed within 24 hours and for a good price.Shortly after there was an unrelated problem with my amp, which, like myself, is showing its age. I brought it back in, immediately they said that there would no inspection fee. Not only that, I wasn’t charged for the extra repair.In short, excellent service and great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone

The woman on the phone is the rudest and most abrasive person I've ever dealth with in my life. She should not be in customer service. Because of her alone I will not recommend their business to anyone. She should be working in a factory away from the general public and customers.Not the first point of contact I would want my my small business.The timely manner of there service is the equivalent of watching paint dry and then peel off.

Vickery Sound are great to deal with. They gave great advise and recommendations on what would suit our needs and then when we did have an issue, we got great service which encouraged us to buy more products to improve our home entertainment. If you need a repair on the Central Coast take the time and drive to Newcastle. Avoid Vickery.When I dropped my unit to Vickery the lady on the front desk was the rudest person I’ve met in my 65 years. Chris the tech looked at my unit and to be fair did call me twice. Issue here was arrogance and lack of listening. Failed to test the 2 failure modes I’d given him, saw no issue and returned my unit still with the bluetooth issue. Interesting dealing with Chris’s technical arrogance considering I’m not the fool he assumed. I’m and engineer with a PhD in Biomedical.I took the unit to Wakett Audio Visual Lambton who listened, tested and replaced intermittent bluetooth model. All good now!!

Our Yamaha AV Receiver stopped working, I dropped it off with Vickery Sound on Monday and just picked it up on Thursday, completely repaired under warranty by the team. Very satisfied with the speed and quality of service, and if any of our other expensive AV electronics goes haywire we'll definitely bring it here.

I had to contact Samsung about a TV issue. The customer service I received from eveyone dealt with was amazing.I didnt think it could get any better until Shane from Vickery Sound turned up and fixed my issue in about 10minutes.If I could give more that 5 stars I would and would not hesitate recommending Vickery Sound.....................

Had my Television brought in for a warranty repair, was advised at the time it would take 1-2 days, after the 3rd day had past I decided to get in contact to check on the progress. When I called I was advised that my TV is still due to be repaired. So as I feel anyone would, I asked if the person on the phone could give me any sort of eta, to which they abrasively answered no and asked me if that was all. Pretty terrible customer service experience. I am happy to wait for the repair, I understand they can take time, but I would appreciate some professional communication, with realistic expectations set for the customer.

Had the absolute pleasure to have Peter attend our function centre at short notice, to repair and service our sound system for a function the very next day. He was honestly a gentleman, honest person, very knowledgeable and very helpful. We got more than we expected and asked for. Highly recommended.
