Best customer service I've ever received. I bought an RS3 Pro gimbal (and vertical mount) from DJI directly online but didn't know how to set it up. So, I brought all my gear in for help and also bought a Lidar Focus Range Finder because the D1 store gave me a much better price than online. Alik and John were so patient teaching me how to balance and set up my gimbal. I do most of my shooting vertically, but there was literally nothing online about how to attach the Lidar vertically. John and Alik spent 3-4 hours with me troubleshooting the set-up and making sure I knew how to use everything correctly. They honestly deserve raises for the level of technical knowledge this set-up required - it's important to note that not even DJI has tutorials on how to attach the Lidar vertically. Highly, highly recommend going to DJI World Square store for all of your DJI needs. You'll get the best prices and meet the best staff! Thank you so much, John and Alik!
