If paying by EFTPOS, you MUST buy 6 tokens which is $24 for 3 washes, no flexibility with how many tokens you can buy for a wash. If paying by EFTPOS, they also charge a $2.60 transaction fee making the total $26.60. I'm sure the transaction fee is illegal since 2016 where merchants can only charge what VISA and Mastercard charge them. I don't believe they would charge the owner over 10% fee. Washing is for 28 minutes only so not overly long time. Drying is even worse at 24 minutes. Clothes weren't fully dry after 24 minutes.

Don't use this laundry- it's a rip off. If you don't have coins you have to pay 26.60 to get tokens and the dryer doesn't even dry your clothes as it's only on for 24 minutes!! Absolute scam of a place, use other laundries if possible.Edit: reply to owner response:Why do you have to pay a minimum of 24$ to do for 3 washes? What if you only want one? And why is there a $2.6 charge on top of this?

The staff was very nice! He taught us how to use and even gave us two big plastic bags for the rainy day! Thank you so much!

Second time i go, and second time they told me to come back in an hour because they wanted to use the machines. Always in weekends when regular people need to use it. Very annoying. Not coming back

Beware! Dishonest and disgusting behaviour! I bought a new beige suede jacket in to get dry cleaned to get a smell out. When I came to pick it up, it was never actually dry cleaned, it smelt worse and there were several large dirty stains all over the back of it like someone had tried to clean it with a dirty sponge. The guy at the counter told me that if i didn't want to pay it was okay to just take it. Yeah, because you actually owe ME money for not only wasting my time but damaging my jacket and never actually cleaning it and then pretending like you didn't do anything wrong. Dishonest and horrible service. Never go back. Bald guy at counter's attitude to the situation almost made me feel sick to my stomach.

Left a coat there for dry cleaning. When I got it back it was missing a button and it was covered in cat hair. Don't make the same mistake, if you have to use their services, check what you get back on the spot.

Very friendly service, free WiFi, detergent and change available. New machines. Doesn't get much better than this.

Happy to have local , eco focused laundry options for those that don’t have reliable options at home.

I dropped my office work pants to be dry cleaned and he did not dry clean them. He just ironed them and gave them back to me. I suspected because I read my google reviews before going to him, but I had to use Sterling as it was a Sunday and he was the only one open. I took notice of where the smells and internal creases were (pockets and seams) before I gave them to him and they were still there afterwards. Next week, I took my pants to a different dry cleaner paying the same attention to detail. This time my pants did get cleaned and the smells and creases were all gone. I Agree with some of the other reviews here, this guy is dodgy, sneaking a half job in and charging you for a full job. Beware of this laundry troll called Sterling.
