They advised me on the full-service detail and gave me great advice for general maintenance on my bike. They are so passionate about bikes they treat your bike like their own. They never open, been there many times as per their opening hours and shop is always close. When you call them they are always out at their supplier or something comes up. If you get them over the phone, they will tell you it is 4 to 5 days for a simple standard service .......

I was about to take my daughters bike to another shop. But I found these guys around the corner from me (10 min drive). It's a Specialised MTB that needed rear derailleur cable and casing replaced as the casing had cracked, called them and was told to drop it in, 15 min or so later all done, all 7 gears now working. They recommended to get a full service done which I didn't as I wasn't prepared to, but I definitely will return to get it done after the service I received. Highly recommended, no need to look elsewhere, hope they are there for a long time to come.

I took my hard tail Mountain Bike, brand 'Giant' for a full service. It had been sitting in the garage for over a few years. Rusting away, corroded and very dusty. Anthony went the extra mile with the service and gave it a detail clean. Price and parts were very competitive possibly given that the bike shop would not have a high rent as it is in the residential suburb of Tenterfield. I highly recommend a bike service given the value. Also I recommend trying out the Beef Tapa or Chicken Adobo at Enelssie Cafe and Grill which is right next door to the bike shop.

Anthony had my bile for 2.5 weeks, quote on how much the repairs would cost. Tried calling him a few times and the one time he did answer, it was his day off and told me to call him back tomorrow. Seriously mate. After 2.5 weeks nothing was done and he told me that he injured himself, blah blah blah blah. So in that time he couldnt work out a price or call me to let me know what was going on. Rather make the customer chase you, great business ethics. Worst experience and total waste of time.

Took my bike to get something fixed. I expected to leave it there for a few days. Anthony fixed it on the spot for me and I was off back home within half an hour. Even took the time to explain to me and show me exactly what the issue was. Will definitely go back in the future, even just to purchase spare parts which they also sell.
