City Cave Mosman

As regular customers of City Cave at other locations this was my partner & I's first time at the Mosman hub. Same great client experience from start to finish we have come to know, friendly helpful staff & pristine modern facilities. Shout out to massage therapist Phillipe, an experienced & knowledgeable professional who immediately put me at ease with their warm nature.

Wow. Loved it. Super tranquil space with lovely, attentive staff and the highest of quality facilities. The interior finishes are top notch too. Facilities were super clean and enjoyable. I did a sauna and then float and feel absolutely amazing. As someone who doesn't really switch off, I'll definitely be cementing a sauna and float into my routine once a month to reap the whole body and mind relaxing benefits. The only disappointing thing is you Dont get the full 45mins in the sauna. It was my first time there tonight and I had a quick rinse in the shower before I started my sauna as I had been to a pilates class beforehand. When I got in the sauna I only had 26minutes left on the timer. I'm wondering whether the timer started from when I was given the iPad to watch the intro or something, because I can tell you, I did not take a 20minute shower. I was early for my appointment but a staff member didn't appear at the desk until my appointment time. I'm starting to think the timer started from my appointment time, rather than when I was left alone in the room to commence the sauna? The timer issue spoiled my otherwise delightful experience.

Had a good time at City Cave Mosman. 45mins sauna and 1hr floating. Definitely coming out feeling refreshed. Staff were amazing and whole set up was great. Will 100% be back again.

There are lots of lovely things about this place - nice decor, peaceful music, beautiful essential oils, good lighting. They offer tea and water. The massage was great - nice and strong. Not as much focus on removing knots as I would like, but I definitely left feeling better than when I arrived.

I attend City Cave Mosman for fairly regular Infrared sauna sessions and it is always a wonderful experience from start to finish. It feels like a spa experience every time, with lovely service, a choice of herbal teas to sip on arrival and towels provided for your sauna.

An oasis of calm & relaxation. Finally got to try the float experience, why did I wait so long? Everyone there is calm & friendly, enjoyed my post-float chat with Elysia.

Our first experience, I was prepared to not enjoy the sauna but I really loved it. Challenging but felt so good afterThe float pool was good however we both thought it was a little on the cool side (the entire hour we both felt it was a just a couple of degrees to cool and was aware of it the whole time, so couldn’t let go completely)Finished off with a wonderful massage. Would recommend the experience.

Saturday was my first experience at City Cave Mosman. Booked myself a session in the Infared Sauna. What an amazing and relaxing experience. Left feeling totally refreshed.The team at Mosman made me feel welcome.

After trying all the services offered using the couples gift card offers, I became a big fan of the infrared sauna and bought the 20 sauna single sessions pass wich I can easily upgrade per session to a couples one. Everything is clean and the communication before a booking is great too.
