Mouritz Air Conditioning Wangara

I requested a service of my A/C unit due to a loud unexplained noise it was making. A Mouritz technician turned up to check it over, suggested I clean it and left. Around $100 later the noise was still there but they were prompt and at least they didn't overcharge me for a quick look.Based on that interaction alone, I would have given them 3 stars.The reason I now come back with a 2-star review is that service was 3 years ago now and I am STILL receiving unsolicited text messages advertising at me from Mouritz roughly every 6-8 months. Opting out to the mobile numbers provided has not stopped them continuing to contact me and you can't block their number (a la the Clive Palmer effect).Hope you enjoy their service if you use them because you won't stop hearing from them.

Poor service,Payed good money for evaporative system had it installed had poor air flow call to report issue they told me over the phone it was fine and nothing was wrong with it didn’t believe me. Call again told them I wanted someone to look at it someone come out and found the flexible ducting was incorrectly attached and the head unit flap wasn’t opening up all the way, Second time I said it wasn’t getting cold again they didn’t believe me and when they did send someone a part had stopped working in the head unit. Am on my third fault now and still waiting for someone to come out and look at it, now on day 2 and still waiting for a simple fix ( tape has come apart from flexible ducting and head unit ) 5 minute job. If it was there elderly mother or father I bet it would been done that same day they called.

Very poor service would not recommend to anybody we had our aircon installed a year ago and it’s never worked properly since numerous attempts to get the issue solved and they just play the blame game between themselves. Had there supervisor come out and tell us the unit is to small and not installed in an ideal location and then we were told he shouldn’t be telling us that. If there was 0 stars that’s what I’d be giving them. Beware!

Best air conditioning company in Wangara. Really know their stuff on gas heating and ducted air conditioning! Really good service too which is a plus - highly recommend.

Great Range of Fujitsu Split Air Conditioning units! Wangara branch of Gas & Air are the best in followup and customer service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is a joke and complete waste of time. Save yourself stress and go elsewhere

Rang and advised service deparatment in Wangara and Willeton.Dropped off portable heater for serice and repair in Wangara.Promised 3-5 day turnaround.Rang to check on pregress after 6 days and was rudely told by Willeton operator that I would be texted, rang again this week got central operator who told me all services done at willeton and she would transfer me to service dept. Came across same rude woman who tried to fon off with same go away attitude. Did not take any details or bother checking. I would not accept this and am waiting for the technician""

Mouritz was great to deal and the only ones to insist on a site visit before quoting.Darren was very knowledgable and clearly considered the house design and how we use the house to ensure the system worked optimally, suggesting additional air return and jumper ducts to work with how we section off the house rather than just offer the cheapest and easiest solution. Scott and team followed through with a quality install without rushing the job, even though it was well past clock off on a Friday. Highly recommend
