I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 10 years now. They have been looking after my whole family. Azzam and his lovely staff are always happy to greet me - even when they are extremely busy. You can tell by how they talk to other customers how much they care for the client's well being. A great service to the local community.

Don't usually mind paying a premium for good quality service and advice.But price gouging is not appreciated.Caveat emptor!Or in my naive or gullible case, simply failing to better educate myself before returning here each time.No excuses or reply to this can justify or remedy the Over priced, excessive mark up or margins you are charging on many pharmacy items I have purchased from here.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for many years & I always receive friendly , courteous, caring service from both the pharmacists & staff .I even got my Covid-19 Astra Zeneca vaccine shots at the pharmacy!I didn’t feel a thing & received all the relevant paperwork :-) very satisfying.Merry Christmas & Thank you all .

2 stars for the good service you'd expect from any retail scenario. However the young staff member I talked with recommended I take a medication that worsened my condition which meant I had to then go to a doctor to rectify the mistake made by the staff member at this chemist. When I returned the following day I was met by a staff member that showed very little remorse and zero accountability for his staff's mistake.

Indian pharmacist who works on weekend is so rude she refused to certify documents when they were not busy at all. It was just 2 documents and she said im the only one working here so i cant do it

My elderly mum and I bought a prescription from this chemist recently. It was a great experience as the staff were so very helpful. They were very attentive to her needs with being in and out of there quickly and they directed their efforts to that.Thank you for the kindness shown by the staff.

Went into the chemist for a prescription. We are in lockdown and must wear our masks fully, apparently a female worker was walking around without fully covering with the mask. When I mentioned to a male worker, he asked her to cover. She walks to the side uncovers the mask and walks out again with her mask still not fully worn correctly. It doesn’t matter wether she’s vaccinated partly or fully. Most of us are vaccinated, but not an excuse to be ignorant! Please don’t use the, I’m being bias because she wears a scarf, as I’m also Muslim. I asked for my script back and will never return to the pharmacy again!!!
