Stephanie Lund was lovely to deal with, very calm and easy to talk to and guided us in a caring manner through the steps to finalise our arrangements, with the passing of our Mother, Norma Allen. Stephanie took care of everything and it was wonderful at such a sad time to know that Mum was was being treated as the lady she had always been. My dad had no plans, and I had no experience in what to do when a relative died. It took one phone call and Mardi was polite, helpful and patient and had us heading in the right direction within minutes. She communicated when necessary, and gave us space when required.The feedback I received from family and guests on the day was that it was the most personal funeral they had been too. Upon talking to family and friends, I also discovered the cost of burying my dad was significantly lower than what others had experienced.I could not recommend Mannings Funerals, and particularly Mardi Olifent, highly enough, and I will be forever grateful.

From the very beginning, Mardi & her team supported our family as if we were their family. I know our beautiful mum was taken care of with the utmost respect & dignity. Nothing was too much trouble & our service went off without a hitch thanks to the whole team. Celebrant Bryan Sharp was genuine & even addressed the young grandchildren in his service. The staff, Mardi, Carly & Alison, in particular were amazing. We wanted a party. We got a party. Kathy would have loved it. She would have been leading the dancing from up there.
