Several weeks ago I bought a shepherd's pie from here and when I was halfway across the oval opposite I bit into it and felt something hard as metal or bone make a sharp snap in my mouth. I spat out and started feeling around in my mouth, sure enough, whatever was in their pie had snapped off one of my teeth.I tried to find whatever it was and what was left of my tooth in the grass but couldn't. I returned to the store and demanded to make an incident report. The staff there said to leave it wirh them because the manager is in next Thursday" and basically fobbed me off. I rang their customer line then and there and reported it and made a complaint. They assured me they would get back to me but I have called again twice and I keep getting fobbed off. I have photos of the damage and the pie and the dentists bill and bank details confirmint the time and date if the transaction. Meanwhile I've forked out hundreds of dollars at the dentist and just want to be compensated but they simply aren't willing to even talk about it. Will be pursuing legal action shortly but just wanted to say I used to go here a lot but I'm never shopping here again. Appalling treatment."

Since this location doesn’t care about customer service, and won’t respond to the reviews. I’ll still POST for everyone who reads this.Went here since it’s the closes place to get Krispy Kreme’s with the 5K radius. Upon arrival there was one plate of stale donuts from earlier that morning. And so I politely asked if she could give me a box of 4 from the 3 sealed BOXES of Krispy Kreme’s sitting there; and the woman working there tonight literally refused me at 10pm and said they don’t put it out until 12am. Now someone tell me, is this the practice of 7/11 or was someone being a bit mean?Very disappointing as I promised my daughter I’d bring some home.Also, the guy that works here on other days is very kind and always helpful. With the amount I spend here, I didn’t expect this type of service. And this isn’t the first time.

The place is relatively clean and spacious. I would usually be there to get either a coffee to go or their Krispy Kreme donuts, which costs $11 for 4 different flavored donuts.It really depends on the staff available that day. There is a lady staff who is slightly more friendly. All the other staff range from downright rude to nonchalant.As the name goes, this is a convenience stall. I would not be hankering for 5 star service if they have what I want. Just pay and go.

I’m a regular customer, Came here tonight with a friend and bought a few things. When paying i went to pay instead my friend paid and i knocked the slurpee cup onto the counter and less than 1/4 fell out onto the floor. The ‘Owner’ got mad and i apologised and offered to clean it myself. While exiting the car park he came to my car and said next time figure out who’s paying beforehand or do not come back “i am the owner” could tell he either had a bad night or just rude in general while entering the store. But this was unbelievable as i’m sure it happens frequently any type of spills. No need to be rude next time

I am going to this place from last 3-4 years and always had a great service. Very helpful and friendly staff. Sachin, who is one of the staff member there always greet you with smile and respect and always ready to help. Nice and clean store and very well stocked. Store has lots of option from drinks to hot food, sandwiches, sushi, Krispy Kreme doughnuts, slurpee, small household items, grocery, car care products, etc. They have great coffee.

I absolutely love this place it doesn’t have just SLURPEES it has this fascinating machine that makes frappes smoothies and MORE it is so fun to watch being made I go everyday cos I have a frappe adiction that’s how good it is hehe. Also I like woe rlly love if u cld respond u r my idol. Oh yea forgot 2mention I am watching my absolute FAVE MOVIE ENCANTO I think I have an obsession(its my 6th time this week) I think I am developing Isabella like powers makes sense since im so amazing but I wouldn’t be amazing without my caramel frappes THANK GOD 4 SEVEN EKEVEN

fully stocked has everything you will need. the bacon and egg sandwich is so nice. you should try it

The store is fine. But I have a cautionary tale. Please head my warning so that this terrible fate may not come to you too.Going on my evening walk with my partner, it's hot and stuffy, so we pop in to the 7-11 for some slurpees. Noticing the blueberry sugar free flavour I opted for that (not really caring about sugar content, I just like blueberry.)I finished my slurpee and returned home.All was fine...Then suddenly without warning, my stomach clenched in that urgent way that can only mean one thing.I spent the several hours on and off the toilet in a putrid waltz of torment. The contents of all my digestive system exiting my body in the most explosive way possibly imaginable. I've had sugar free haribo gummy bears before ( well known for their laxative properties) and beleive me, this was worse.Eventually when I managed to drag myself from the bathroom, a tattered and deafeated shadow of the person I was when I went in, I weighed myself out of curiosity having weighed myself not too long before this ordeal.I was a kilo and a half lighter. That is what this drink did to me. I am almost 100% sure at this point there is no fluid left in my body, and that's the only reason this horror has finally relented.I wouldn't reccomend, unless you want to unleash the full fury of your bowel onto your porcelain throne.Beware the blueberry low sugar slurpee.Also to the store please stock more vegan sausage rolls. Every time I come in they are sold out :(

I have been to the store on 28.2.19 at 16:35 and the staff is effing rude with the customers, I was using an offer from the 7-Eleven app and the staff treats us (My friends and I) as if we are there begging for some products. We were trying to buy a product from the offer and the staff not understanding the offer denied selling it to us saying it's not on the offer. The guy doesn't have any name badge and embarasses us in front of all the other customers. Ultimately, chucking the offer, we tried to just purchase the eggs but dumb head doesn't sell that as well. He says speak to the 7-Eleven support and denied selling even eggs to us. We had to walk out white faced in front of all other customers.

My chicken salad sandwich had a potential scab in it. I'm giving three stars because I can't say I didn't enjoy the scab.
