Bought Weber Genesis 2. Arrived to buy a new grill plate for my old Weber q and left with a genesis 2 for work. Jo (manager) offered a wonderful service. They were doing tastings been the opening weekend and my 11 year old daughter thought all her Christmas’ had come at once! Store was heaving and the staff friendly and efficient. Thanks for the stubby holder Jo!

Went in to buy a Weber BBQ on Boxing Day, store was quiet at the time but had to stand around for sometime before anyone approached us - no big deal. Asked if there was any discount on the BBQ and was greeted with rolled eyes and a grumble - most stores at this time are offering some discount so I don't think it is an unreasonable question... staff member seemed uninterested in the sale after this exchange, we left and purchased the weber elsewhere.

Called in on a Sunday and the staff were extremely helpful and provided great advice on a freestanding fireplace. They also advised what other accessories we would need to complete the installation and were good enough to provide details of a tradesperson who could do the work for us. Thanks Foxy for you help it made this an efficient transaction.

Nice looking store however very poor customer service. After being charged the correct item and price we where given the incorrect product then refused and exchange and only offered the $10 difference for the item that we can’t use as it doesn’t suit the Webber that was also brought there. After spending money on all other accessories that we needed they wouldn’t exchange a product that they incorrectly supplied! Monica was difficult to deal with and very argumentative. BCF has great customer service and supplied us with the correct products would definitely recommend going there instead.

I made several purchase at the new store on 08/01/20 with my wife and daughter and was served by Ashleigh who knew the products very well and her suggestions were excellent. She had great customer service skills and a warm personality. I recommend the store for prices staff assistance and care and of course Weber quality products.

Fantastic service!I recently attended Foxeys to look at a new fireplace for my new house build. The team were extremely knowledgeable, honest and transparent about the model I chose.Compared to other companies I viewed they are able to have the unit I want at the time I want.I also left purchasing my new air conditioning system.Will be back soon to get the new pellet smoker! 5 stars
